某电驱减速器传动效率分析

摘要 随着新能源汽车在国内汽车市场渗透率的不断提升,驱动系统的效率也逐步提升。减速器作为车辆传动系统的重要部件,在车辆运行过程中,复杂的驱动工况对减速器的理想工作区直接产生冲击,从而直接影响减速器的传动效率,直接影响车辆的工作效率和经济效率。本文以某电驱减速器为研究对象,通过软件建立系统模型,以此来研究内外因素,对减速器传动效率的影响,在研发早期即完成各参数对效率的影响,从而使系统效率处于最优区间,同时对后续不同工况下减速器传动效率的台架测试进行相应的指导。 As the share of the NEV be increased step by step,the efficiency of EDS has also be required as high as possible.Reducer as an important part of the vehicle transmission system,in the process of vehicle operation,Due to the complex working conditions,it will produce a certain impact on the reducer,At this time,The transmission efficiency of the reducer will directly affect the working efficiency and economic efficiency of the vehicle.This paper takes an electric drive reducer as the research object,and establishes a system model through software to study the influence of internal and external factors on the transmission efficiency of the reducer,Influence of each parameter on efficiency completed early in development,to have relative parameters be in the optimum range,and the same time to guide the subsequent bench test of the transmission efficiency of the reducer under different working conditions.
