摘要
房屋发生火灾后对房屋各承重构件影响很大,以北京市某砖混砌体结构房屋火灾后鉴定为实例,通过对各过火承重构件的表观现象检测分析,并对各承重构件的材料强度进行检测,通过复核计算分析其承载力情况,依据T/CECS 252—2019火灾后工程结构鉴定标准并结合GB 50292—2015民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准的规定对承重构件进行安全性评级,为该房屋火灾后的处理、实际损失估值,并尽快恢复使用功能提供相应依据。
After a fire occurs in a house,it has a significant impact on the load-bearing components of the house.This article takes the identification of a brick and concrete masonry structure house in Beijing after a fire as an example.By detecting and analyzing the apparent phenomena of each overloaded load-bearing component,and testing the material strength of each load-bearing component,the load-bearing capacity is analyzed through rechecking calculations,according to the Post Fire Engineering Structure Appraisal Standard T/CECS 252-2019 and in combination with the Reliability Appraisal Standard for Civil Buildings GB 50292-2015,the safety rating of load-bearing components is carried out to provide corresponding basis for the handling and actual loss estimation of the house after a fire,and to restore its function as soon as possible.
