商业mall大跨度穹顶钢结构设计与施工

摘要 依托望州路旧城改造商业mall项目,采用ANSYS有限元软件模拟,计算分析穹顶结构及各构件稳定性及应力,其结果表明:穹顶结构最小稳定系数为20.748,竖向位移(挠度)28.1 mm,单元构件最小安全系数为10.1,77%以上的单元构件强度应力比及整体稳定比小于0.5,均满足规范设计要求。根据现场施工条件,对穹顶钢结构立柱、环梁、主梁、次梁及临时支撑体系进行安装搭设分析,保证了穹顶结构安装精度和施工作业安全稳固。 Based on the commercial mall project of Wangzhou Road Old City reconstruction,this paper uses ANSYS finite element software to simulate and analyze the stability and stress of the dome structure and its components.The minimum stability coefficient of the dome structure is 20.748,the vertical displacement(deflection)is 28.1 mm,the minimum safety coefficient of the element members is 10.1,and the strength stress ratio and the overall stability ratio of more than 77%of the element members are less than 0.5,all of which meet the design requirements of the code.According to the site construction conditions,the column,ring beam,main beam,secondary beam and temporary support system of the steel structure of the dome are installed and analyzed to ensure the installation accuracy of the dome structure and the safety and stability of the construction operation.
