山地灾害环境下桥梁施工安全系统脆弱性评价

摘要 为确保山地灾害环境下桥梁施工安全,合理评价山地灾害环境下桥梁施工系统的脆弱性,结合脆弱性理论,以山区桥梁施工安全系统为研究对象,考虑山地灾害环境、桥梁施工特点及灾后影响,建立山地灾害环境下桥梁施工安全系统脆弱性综合评价指标体系。基于CRITIC的多属性决策组合赋权法,将应对能力和恢复能力作为基础变量构建脆弱性评价的二维云模型,结合MATLAB软件绘制综合云图与标准云图对比,可直观反映待评系统的脆弱状态,通过计算贴近度确定脆弱性等级。以天水市水家沟大桥为例,用该模型评价其施工安全系统脆弱性为“脆弱性中”Ⅲ级。通过现场调查,评价结果与实际施工情况相符,验证了该模型的有效性和合理性,为山区桥梁施工风险预防及控制提供参考。 In order to ensure the safety of bridge construction under mountain disaster environment,the vulnerability of bridge construction system under mountain disaster environment is reasonably evaluated.Combined with the vulnerability theory,the mountain bridge construction safety system is taken as the research object,and a comprehensive evaluation index system of the vulnerability of bridge construction safety system under mountain disaster environment is established considering the mountain disaster environment,bridge construction characteristics and post-disaster impact.Based on the multi-attribute decision combination method of CRITIC,a two-dimensional cloud model of vulnerability assessment is constructed with coping ability and recovery ability as basic variables.By comparing the comprehensive cloud map with the standard cloud map combined with MATLAB software,the vulnerability state of the system to be evaluated can be directly reflected,and the vulnerability level can be determined by calculating the proximity degree.Taking Shuijiagou Bridge in Tianshui City as an example,the vulnerability of its construction safety system is evaluated as“medium vulnerability”levelⅢby this model.Through the field investigation,the evaluation results are consistent with the actual construction situation,which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the model,and provides a reference for the risk prevention and control of the construction of bridges in mountainous areas.
