敞开式TBM隧道掘进施工技术研究及模拟分析

摘要 为了研究敞开式TBM在某西部高原铁路某隧道掘进过程中的锚杆支护施工技术,以某隧道工程为研究背景,采用现场实测和数值模拟分析敞开式TBM掘进锚杆施工技术及拱顶变形。研究结果表明TBM掘进采用超前预报、锚杆支护等措施有利于拱顶变形小及隧道安全;TBM掘进近接、到达和通过监测断面引起的拱顶沉降逐渐增加,分为缓慢增加、快速增加和稳定三个阶段;无锚杆支护比锚杆支护拱顶沉降大,锚杆支护可有效降低拱顶沉降,提高了隧道稳定性和安全性。 In order to study anchor rod support construction technology of open TBM in the excavation process of a tunnel on a western plateau railway,taking a certain tunnel project as the research background,on-site measurement and numerical simulation were used to analyze open TBM excavation anchor rod construction technology and arch crown deformation.Research results show that use of advanced prediction and anchor support measures in TBM excavation is beneficial for reducing arch deformation and ensuring tunnel safety;settlement of arch caused by TBM excavation approaching,reaching,and passing through monitoring section gradually increases,which is divided into three stages:slow increase,rapid increase,and stable increase;settlement of the arch without anchor rod support is greater than that of anchor rod support.Anchor rod support can effectively reduce the settlement of the arch,improve the stability and safety of the tunnel.
