摘要
施工作业过程通常需要多台塔式起重机协同作业,而群塔交叉作业过程往往存在很大的碰撞风险。针对群塔作业过程中难以实现塔机碰撞的准确提示和有效控制的问题,制定了项目群塔作业防碰撞方案并开发了群塔防碰撞系统。首先利用多种传感器可以精准地获取现场所有塔机的信息,并利用无线通讯技术实现群塔位置信息和状态信息的共享;其次设计了群塔防碰撞的规则和方案,结合所构建的防碰撞系统能够实现项目群塔作业时碰撞的有效提示,塔机的及时减速和制动,从而实现主动的群塔作业防碰撞,有效地减少塔式起重机安全事故的发生;最后通过现场实验数据验证了所提出方案的有效性以及所开发群塔防碰撞系统的可靠性。
The cooperation of multiple tower cranes is necessary during the construction process,and there is often a significant risk of collision during tower crane cross-operation.In order to achieve accurate early warning and effective control of tower crane collision,a novel anti-collision scheme of tower cranes group operation is formulated and the tower crane anti-collision system is developed in this paper.Firstly,a variety of sensors is used to obtain the information of all tower cranes on site and the sharing of tower cranes location information and operation information can be achieved by using wireless communication technology.Then combining the constructed anti-collision control system,the scheme of tower crane anti-collision is designed to achieve the early warning of collisions during tower crane operations,and timely deceleration and braking of tower cranes,thereby realizing active anti-collision for group tower operations and effectively reducing the occurrence of tower crane safety accidents.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and the reliability of the developed tower crane collision prevention system are verified through a series of experiments.
