小学教师的抑郁倾向对其人生意义感的影响:心理资本的中介作用

摘要 对286名小学教师进行问卷测评,旨在验证小学教师的抑郁倾向对人生意义感的负向影响,以及心理资本在二者之间的中介作用.结果显示,小学教师的抑郁问题严重,他们的抑郁倾向与心理资本水平和人生意义感均呈显著负相关;他们的心理资本在抑郁倾向和人生意义感之间起部分中介作用(中介效应值为-0.334,占总效应60%).因此,小学领导应及时着力干预教师的抑郁问题,培养他们战胜挫折和失落的韧性特质,以增强他们生活工作的幸福感. 286 primary school teachers were evaluated using three questionnaires.In order to Verify the negative impact of primary school teachers’depressive tendencies on their sense of meaning in life,as well as the mediating role of psychological capital between the two.It is turned up that primary school teachers have severe depression problems,and their tendency towards depression is significantly negatively correlated with their level of psychological capital and sense of meaning in life;Their psychological capital has a significant positive correlation with sense of meaning in life,and plays a partial mediating role between depression tendency and sense of meaning in life(the mediating effect value is-0.334,accounting for 60%of the total effect).So primary school leaders should promptly focus on intervening in their depression,helping them to overcome difficulties,cultivating their resilience to overcome setbacks and losses,resulting in enhancing their sense of happiness in life and work.
