Leakage is a common quality problem in building construction,specifically referring to the problem of water leakage during the use of the house.Building construction is a comprehensive and complex operation that involves multiple links and a long construction period.Construction is the main cause of leakage problems,which can seriously affect the daily life of residents,reduce their good living experience,and also have a certain negative impact on construction enterprises.Therefore,through the method of literature research,the reasons for leakage problems in housing construction projects and the specific application of anti leakage technology in housing construction projects were analyzed in depth,aiming to promote the continuous development of China's housing construction industry towards technology,systematization,standardization,and modernization.
