为探讨加强公路桥梁施工管理及成本控制措施,采用文献研究法,整理总结了公路桥梁施工管理的要点,并结合实际案例,提出了有效的工程成本控制措施,以实现施工成本的控制和管理。结果表明,公路桥梁施工管理的要点包括进度、质量、安全、人员和设备的全面管理,确保施工工作按照计划进行。工程成本控制的有效措施包括建立成本控制体系、提升人员专业水平和综合素质、采取人工成本控制措施,以平衡工程质量、安全生产与施工成本的关系。因此,加强公路桥梁施工管理及成本控制对于施工效率和项目成本具有重要意义。

This study aims to explore measures to strengthen the construction management and cost control of highway bridges.The literature research method was adopted to summarize the key points of highway bridge construction management,and combined with practical cases,effective engineering cost control measures were proposed to achieve construction cost control and management.The results indicate that the key points of highway bridge construction management include comprehensive management of progress,quality,safety,personnel,and equipment to ensure that construction work is carried out according to plan.The effective measures for engineering cost control include establishing a cost control system,improving the professional level and comprehensive quality of personnel,and adopting labor cost control measures to balance the relationship between engineering quality,safety production,and construction costs.Therefore,strengthening the construction management and cost control of highway bridges is of great significance for construction efficiency and project cost.
