摘要 本文旨在从“岗课赛证”融通的视角分析当前高职院校服装专业“工匠型”人才培养所面临的困难、问题及其原因,结合服装行业的具体需求,从多个角度探索高职服装专业人才培养模式的具体路径,为解决当前影响服装专业发展的困境和问题提供一定的参考和借鉴。 This paper aims to analyze the difficulties,problems and reasons faced by the current training of“craftsman”talents for garment majors in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of integrating“post course competition certificate”.Combining with the specific needs of the garment industry,this paper explores the specific path of the training mode for garment majors in higher vocational colleges from multiple perspectives,so as to provide a certain reference and reference for solving the current difficulties and problems affecting the development of the garment profession.
