摘要
研究了三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐/焦磷酸哌嗪(MPP/PAPP)膨胀体系影响热塑性动态硫化橡胶(TPV)阻燃和力学性能的量效关系,揭示了MPP/PAPP的协同阻燃和增强增韧作用。结果表明,总添加质量分数恒定为30%,MPP/PAPP以质量比3∶7共混TPV时,MPP和PAPP的协同阻燃作用最佳。相比于单独添加MPP或者PAPP,9MPP/21PAPP/TPV复合材料拥有更高的极限氧指数(25.7%)、垂直燃烧级别(V-0)和最低的热释放速率峰值(149.9 kW/m^(2))。热重分析表明,9MPP/21PAPP/TPV样品中,MPP/PAPP间的协同作用能够大幅降低TPV基体在高温阶段的降解速率,提升残炭率,表现出优异的协同阻燃作用。在拉伸性能测试中,MPP/PAPP复配使用时,9MPP/21PAPP/TPV的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均高于对照样品30MPP/TPV和30PAPP/TPV。
The doseeffect relationship of the melamine polyphosphate/piperazine pyrophosphate(MPP/PAPP)intumescent system on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate(TPV)was investigated,revealing the synergistic effects of MPP and PAPP on the flame retardancy and reinforcing.The results show that the optimal synergistic flame retardant effect is achieved when the constant total mass fraction is 30%and the mass mixing ratios of MPP/PAPP is 3∶7.Compared to only relying on MPP or PAPP,the 9MPP/21PAPP/TPV composite has a higher limiting oxygen index(25.7%),a higher vertical combustion class(V-0)and the lowest peak heat release rate(149.9 kW/m^(2)).Thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the synergistic interactions between MPP,PAPP and TPV in the 9MPP/21PAPP/TPV sample could significantly reduce the degradation rate of TPV matrix at high temperature and increase the carbon residue rate,showing excellent synergistic flame retardancy.In tensile properties,the tensile strength and elongation at break of 9MPP/21PAPP/TPV are higher than those of 30MPP/TPV and 30PAPP/TPV.
