某核电站DCS从设计到调试的全流程创新案例分析

摘要 国内某核电站DCS在设计过程中对NC级信号分配提出了明确要求,避免了因信号通道分配不合理导致的跳机跳堆。在DCS装配测试过程中,在行业内首次应用最小化BUP盘参与测试,实现了DCS按期供货。在反应堆保护系统响应时间测量过程中创新设计了1套测试装置,将调试工期由3个月缩短为1个月。这些措施解决了行业内普遍存在的DCS设计、采购、调试的痛点。 During the design process of a domestic nuclear power plant's DCS(Distributed Control System),explicit requirements were set for the allocation of NC(Nuclear Class)signals,which avoided reactor trips due to unreasonable signal channel allocation.In the DCS assembly test process,the minimal BUP(Backup Processor)participation in testing was applied for the first time in the industry,achieving on-schedule DCS delivery.In the reactor protection system response time measurement process,an innovative set of testing equipment was designed,reducing the debugging period from three months to one month.These measures have resolved the widespread pain points in the DCS design,procurement,and debugging within the industry.
