浅析汽压计量仪表阀门断裂原因

摘要 在某大型石化企业的日常检修中,出现了一种常见的汽压计量仪表阀门破裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检查等方法,通过对其进行硬度检测及断口形貌检测,对其断裂进行了分析。分析认为,由于采用了不当的固溶解方法,在其晶界处产生了贫铬区域,形成了沿晶界处的碳化物沉淀,导致了晶界处的腐蚀。另外,由于阀内镍、铬的浓度过高,耐腐蚀性能不佳,并且由于工作温度过高,在腐蚀介质的共同影响下,这种不敏感性晶界腐蚀会加剧,并最终引起汽压计量仪表阀门的破坏。 During the daily maintenance of a large petrochemical enterprise,a common phenomenon of valve rupture in steam pressure measuring instruments occurred.Macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,and other methods were used to analyze its fracture through hardness testing and fracture morphology detection.Analysis suggests that due to the use of improper solid solution methods,chromium deficient areas were generated at the grain boundaries,forming carbide precipitates along the grain boundaries,leading to corrosion at the grain boundaries.In addition,due to the high concentration of nickel and chromium in the valve,the corrosion resistance is poor,and due to the high working temperature,under the combined influence of corrosive media,this insensitive grain boundary corrosion will intensify,ultimately causing damage to the steam pressure measuring instrument valve.
