一种磁粉探伤检测用磁粉喷洒装置的设计

摘要 磁粉探伤时需要对被检测物体表面喷洒磁粉,现有的磁粉喷洒装置大都使固定式喷洒结构,无法移动,容易造成磁粉喷洒不均匀。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案给予解决。本文设计的目的在于提供一种磁粉探伤检测用磁粉喷洒装置,解决现有的磁粉喷洒装置大都采用固定式喷洒结构无法移动而造成磁粉喷洒不均匀的问题。 Magnetic powder testing needs to be tested on the surface of the objects sprayed with magnetic powder,the existing magnetic powder spraying devices are mostly fixed spraying structure,can not be moved,easy to cause uneven magnetic powder spraying.Therefore,it is necessary to provide a new technical solution.The purpose of this paper is to provide a kind of magnetic powder spraying device for magnetic powder flaw detection,which solves the problem that most existing magnetic powder spraying devices have a fixed spraying structure and can not be moved,it is easy to cause the problem of uneven magnetic powder spraying.
