碾压沙漠砂贫混凝土的物性特征及工程应用研究

摘要 将沙漠砂用于土木工程具有潜在的工程应用价值,而水泥的掺入量则影响其强度和经济指标,为了探索这两个指标之间的平衡,寻求符合强度和刚度要求的最低水泥掺入量,制备了不同配合比下的碾压沙漠砂贫混凝土试块,结果表明:(1)单轴抗压强度和弹性模量随着水泥掺入量增大而近似线性增大,但弹性模量的增速要小于强度的增速;(2)从强度角度可将其归于软岩一类,而从刚度角度可将其归入硬土一类;(3)与传统的压实土路基相比,其具有更高的强度和刚度,水稳性好、抗冲刷能力强,并且高孔隙率高透水性的特点有利于界面水的排放,较高的空间刚度和整体性能可以减缓软弱等不良地基的不均匀沉降。 Desert sand used in civil engineering has the potential value of engineering application and cement mortar influences its strength and economic indicators,in order to explore the balance between the two measures,seek to meet the requirements of strength and stiffness of the lowest cement mortar,the preparation of the proportion of different rolling desert sand under lean concrete block,the results showed that(1)The uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus increase linearly with the increase of cement content,but the increase of elastic modulus is less than that of strength.(2)From the angle of strength,it can be classified as soft rock,and from the angle of stiffness,it can be classified as hard soil.(3)Compared with the traditional compacted soil subgrade,it has higher strength and stiffness,good water stability,strong anti-scouring ability,and the characteristics of high porosity and high permeability are conducive to the discharge of interface water.The higher spatial stiffness and overall performance can slow down the uneven settlement of weak and other bad foundations.
