施工单位承建BOT项目经营风险防范研究

Research on Business-Risk Prevention of BOT Project for Construction Unit

当前施工单位正面临因经济下行压力加大带来的“活源”数量减少、行业竞争加剧,以及项目组织模式日趋多元、市场环境复杂、企业工程项目“揽活”难和经营风险日益增大等现实压力。实践中,施工单位项目经营风险防范,不仅事关项目的效益与成败,更是该企业能否持续生存和发展的基础性支撑。本文站在施工单位角度,重点探讨施工单位承建BOT项目时面临的经营风险,并在分析经营风险表现形式、成因等的基础上,提出相应的风险化解对策,以期为同业在承接该类项目时的经营管理提供参考。

At present,construction units are facing the realistic pressure from the“Project source”number decreasing that brought about by the increasing economic downturn,intensifying industry competition,and increasingly diversified project organization mode,complex market environment,difficult to“Contract project”of enterprise engineering projects and increasing business risks.In practice,the project business risk prevention of the construction unit is not only related to the benefit and success of the project,but also the basic support for the sustainable survival and development of the enterprise.From the perspective of construction units,this paper focuses on discussing the business risks faced by construction units when undertaking BOT projects,and proposing the corresponding risk mitigation countermeasures based on the analysis of the manifestations and causes of the operational risks.The purpose of the article is to provide reference for the management of such projects undertaken by the industry.
