当前,现代农业的发展模式正在不断向产业化经营转型,循环农业作为现代农业的一项重要发展路径,苏州市在推行其产业化发展的进程中成效显著,尤其是在优化绿色循环农业产业布局和建设循环农业产业化经营的保障体系上取得了突出成效,有效提升了经济运行的质量和效益。但从整体上看,苏州循环农业发展也面临着产业化程度偏低、农户利益分配缺少保障、农业产业发展后继乏力等问题。对此,应通过协同推进农村产业融合发展、健全循环农业产业化经营的运行机制、盘活有利于循环农业发展的要素资源等举措,助力提升循环农业产业化发展水平。

The current development model of modern agriculture is constantly transforming towards industrialized management,and circular agriculture has become an important development path.Suzhou has achieved remarkable results in promoting the industrialization development of circular agriculture,especially in optimizing the layout of green circular agriculture and building a guarantee system for the industrialization,and has effectively improved the quality and benefit of economic operation.Overall,the development of circular agriculture in Suzhou also faces such problems as low industrialization level,lack of guarantee for the interests distribution among farmers,and weak follow-up of development.In this regard,measures should be taken to help improve the level of industrialization development,through promoting the integrated development of rural industries,improving the operational mechanism,and activating conducive elements and resources.
