交通运输现代化示范区建设背景下行业人才队伍建设对策研究

Research on Strategies for Building Talented Personnel under the Background of Modern Demonstration Zone Construction in Transportation

江苏是全国交通运输现代化建设示范区,肩负为全国交通运输现代化建设先行探路的任务。加强行业人才队伍建设,增强人才保障能力,将深刻影响江苏交通运输现代化示范区建设的进程和效率。文章分析了交通运输现代化示范区建设对行业人才的要求,剖析了行业人才队伍建设现状,并从顶层设计统筹行业人才发展、探索行业人才工作数字化转型、创设行业人才培养特色平台、深化人才发展体制机制改革四个方面提出对应建设策略,以期为全省交通运输行业人才队伍建设提供参考。

Jiangsu is a national demonstration zone for modernization of transportation,shouldering the task of exploring the way.Strengthening the construction of talented personnel and enhancing talent guarantee capabilities will have a profound impact on the progress and efficiency of the zone construction in Jiangsu.This article has analyzed the requirements for talented personnel in the zone construction,analyzed the current situation of talents construction,and proposed corresponding strategies from four aspects:coordinating the development of industry talents through top-level design,exploring digital transformation of industry talent work,creating distinctive platforms of industry talent training,and deepening the system and mechanism reform of talent development,in order to provide reference for the construction of talented personnel in the transportation industry in Jiangsu province.
