以高质量党建推动学校事业高质量发展——以连云港职业技术学院“机电红齿轮”党建品牌为例

Promoting the High Quality Development of School Undertakings through High Quality Party Building:Taking the Party Building Brand“Mechanical and Electrical Red Gear”of Lianyungang Technical College as an Example

在学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育中,要引导党员学思想、强党性、重实践、建新功。连云港职业技术学院机电工程学院联系实际,对照教育部门创建高校标杆院系的要求,根据齿轮的自然属性和功能特点,创建“机电红齿轮”党建品牌,发挥齿轮的向心力、内驱力、助推力、传动力和协同力,实施政治领航、思想铸魂、强基创优、文化传承、同心聚力五大工程,强化政治把关、思想引领、组织建设、文化育人作用,以高质量党建推动学校事业高质量发展。

In the theme education of learning and implementing the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we should guide party members to learn from ideology,strengthen party spirit,emphasize practice,and make new achievements.In line with practical needs and in accordance with the requirements of creating a benchmark department for universities,based on the natural attributes and functional characteristics of gears,the party building brand“Mechanical and Electrical Red Gear”is created by the school of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Lianyungang Technical College.The school hopes to leverage the centripetal,internal driving,auxiliary,transmission,and collaborative forces of gears to implement five major projects:political leadership,ideological soul casting,strong foundation and excellent creation,cultural inheritance,and concerted efforts.Its goal is to ensure that political supervision,ideological and political work,grassroots organizational systems,cultural education,and high-quality development are in place,and high-quality party building is used to promote the high-quality development of the school undertakings.
