提升大学生调研实践素质能力,是贯彻立德树人育才教育宗旨,培养德才兼备、可堪大用人才队伍的必然要求和有效途径,是促进大学生成长成才的重要环节和必要措施。必须坚持目标导向和问题导向,进一步提高全社会对大学生调研实践素质能力培养锻炼的重视程度,优化相关的政策制度,加大必要的经费投入,加快解决高校、社会、学生三个层面存在的问题,系统施策,多措并举,扎实推进大学生调研实践能力提升的体系化建设。

Improving the research and practical skills of college students is an inevitable requirement and effective way to implement the educational purpose of cultivating moral character and talent,and to cultivate a team of talents with both moral character and knowledge that can be utilized effectively.It is an important link and necessary measure to promote the growth and success of college students.From the perspective of goal orientation and problem orientation,we should further enhance the importance placed by the whole society on the cultivation and exercise of research and practical abilities of college students,optimize relevant policy systems,increase necessary funding,accelerate the resolution of problems at the three levels of universities,society,and students,implement systematic policies,and take multiple measures to solidly promote the systematic construction of the improvement of research and practical abilities of college students。
