以公民意识提升为导向的城市微更新策略探究——以天津市和平区为例

Urban Micro-renewal Strategy Guided by Civic Awareness Raising:Taking Heping District in Tianjin as an Example

采用文献研究法和综合分析法,以天津市和平区为主要研究区域,在其中心地段规划设计基于公民意识提升的城市景观,在引导城市居民提高个体公民意识的同时,针对城市中心绿色空间现存问题提出相应的解决方案,从包容性、引导性、规范性原则出发,对市中心老城区设施采用微更新设计方法进行重新规划,解决老旧社区设施老化问题。

Literature research and comprehensive analysis methods were adopted,taking Heping District in Tianjin City as the main research area,the urban landscape based on the enhancement of civic awareness was planned and designed in its central area,while guiding urban residents to improve individual civic awareness,corresponding solutions were provided for the existing problems of green spaces in the city center,starting from the princi-ples of inclusiveness,guidance,and standardization,the facilities in the old city center were re-planned by using micro-update design method to solve the problem of aging facilities in old communities.
