媒介情境视域下教师角色的异化与回归

摘要 基于约书亚·梅罗维茨的媒介情境论,遵循新媒介—新场景—新行为的逻辑思路,关照信息技术与教育的深层次逻辑,审视教师角色在教育媒介嬗变过程中的异化与回归,以寻求场景建构与个体行为间的良性互动。教育媒介的更迭和教育情境的重构在一定程度上导致教师群体身份界限的模糊、教师角色的冲突、教师专业权威的消解。为促进教师角色的良性发展,以教师个体自觉与社会外在力量协同合作两大维度为着力点,深化教育媒介与教育变革的关系。 Based on Joshua Merowitz's theory of media situation,this study follows the logical thinking of new media leading to new scene and new behavior,pays attention to the deeper logic of information technology and education,and examines the alienation and persistence of teachers'role in the process of updating and changing educational media so as to seek a positive interaction between scene construction and individual behavior.The upgrading of educational media and the reconstruction of educational contexts have,to some extent,led to the blurred boundaries in teacher identity,conflicts in teacher roles,and the decline of teacher professional authority.In order to promote the healthy development of teachers'roles,the two dimensions of teachers'self-awareness and the synergistic cooperation of external forces in society are the focus of efforts to deepen the relationship between educational media and educational change.
