基于ANSYS的热力管道用橡胶密封圈优化设计与分析

摘要 针对铸铁管接口密封结构老化后出现的压裂现象,对其密封圈结构进行优化设计。通过降低原硬胶和软胶组合密封圈软胶部分压缩率和改进软胶部分形状,提出4种新的橡胶密封圈结构。采用ANSYS对橡胶密封圈进行了有限元仿真分析,在考虑偏载和最小压缩的条件下对橡胶密封圈进行了静力学仿真分析。结果表明:软胶部分由圆形变为柠檬形并降低压缩率的新结构具有最优的密封性能,但在偏载加压下软硬胶连接处应力集中严重,且由于结构原因在头部存在应力“拐点”。对该新结构进行了优化,优化后的结构可在不降低密封力的条件下有效改善偏载加压下的应力集中现象。 Focuses on the fracturing phenomenon that occurs after the aging of the sealing structure at the interface of cast iron pipes,the structure of the sealing ring was optimized.Four new rubber sealing ring structures were proposed by reducing the compression rate of the soft rubber part of the original hard rubber and soft rubber combination sealing ring and improving the shape of the soft rubber part.Finite element simulation analysis was conducted on the rubber sealing ring using ANSYS,and static simulation analysis was conducted on the rubber sealing ring under the conditions of considering partial load and minimum compression.The results show that the new structure,which transforms the soft rubber part from circular to lemon shaped and reduces compression rate,has the best sealing performance.However,under eccentric loading,the stress concentration at the soft hard rubber connection is severe,and due to structural reasons,there is a stress“inflection point”at the head.The new structure is optimized,and the optimized structure can effectively improve the stress concentration phenomenon under eccentric loading and compression without reducing the sealing force.
