航线非直线系数优化方法研究与软件实现

Methods Research on Airline Nonlinear Coefficient Optimization and Software Implementation

针对民航航线非直线系数定义不明确、缺少航线直飞提示软件的问题,提出了航线非直线系数的计算方法,设计并实现了航线直飞提示软件。首先,总结中国民用航空局提出的“城市对”非直线系数,并提出该系数用于评估航线网络,缺少对空中交通流量因素的考虑,以此提出了非直线系数的计算方法;其次,分析了不同非直线系数与航线直飞的关系及航空公司的应对策略;再次,基于航线非直线系数设计了航线直飞提示软件,并详细给出了直飞提示的算法与实现方法;最后,分别给出了说明型算例和实例型算例,证明算法和软件的有效性。

The issues of unclear definition of the nonlinear coefficient for flight routes in civil aviation and the absence of flight prompt software for direct flight routes are addressed.In response,a calculation method for the nonlinear coefficient of flight routes is proposed,and a flight prompt software for direct flights is designed and implemented.Firstly,the“city pairs”nonlinear coefficients proposed by the China Civil Aviation Administration are summarized,and their use in the evaluation of flight route networks is discussed.However,it is found that the existing coefficients fail to consider the factors of air traffic flow.Consequently,a new calculation method for the nonlinear coefficient is proposed,taking into account air traffc flow.Secondly,the relationship between different nonlinear coeffcients and direct flight routes,as well as the strategies adopted by airlines,is analyzed.Furthermore,based on the nonlinear coefficient of flight routes,a flight prompt software for direct flights is developed,and detailed algorithms and implementation methods for the prompt feature are provided.Lastly,illustrative examples and case studies are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms and software.
