A Software Upgrade Method for TMS320C6455 via Serial Port

针对TMS320C6455应用程序提出一种串口升级方法,通过串口和底层升级程序接收待升级应用程序数据,进行数据crc校验,确保数据完整可靠。待所有应用程序数据接收完毕,可根据指令将应用程序数据固化于存储芯片,并更新程序标志。二级加载程序通过更新标志判断是否存在应用程序。此外,用户可通过回读指令读取存储芯片内应用程序数据,与发送的应用程序数据进行对比,确认数据是否正确。升级方法利用外界串口传送数据,避免了反复拆装设备,为设备的后续维护提供便利。

A serial port upgrade method is proposed for TMS320C6455 applications program.The application program data to be upgraded is received through the serial port and the underlying upgrade program,the data crc verification is performed to ensure that the data is complete and reliable.After all application program data is received,the application program data can be solidified on the memory chip according to the instructions,and the program fag is updated.The secondary loader determines whether an application exists by updating the flags.In addition,the user can read the application program data on the memory chip through the read-back command,and confirm whether the data is correct by comparing it with the application program data sent.The upgrade method transmits data through the external serial port,avoiding repeated disassembly and installation of the equipment,and facilitating the subsequent maintenance of the equipment.
