WT1基因在急性白血病中的表达及临床价值

Expression and clinical value of WT1 gene in acute leukemia

目的对急性白血病初诊患者的WT1基因表达进行研究和分析,探讨其临床意义。方法收集昆明医科大学第一附属医院2021年1月-2022年12月急性白血病初诊患者145例作为实验组,同期非白血病初诊患者69例作为对照组,应用RT-PCR法检测患者骨髓标本WT1基因表达。结果实验组与对照组之间的WT1基因表达量有显著性差异(P<0.05);性别、年龄与WT1基因的表达量无显著性差异(P>0.05);低危组、中危组及高危组比较,均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论WT1基因在急性白血病初诊患者中高表达,可作为临床治疗和预后的评估指标。

Objective To study and analyze WT 1 gene expression in newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients and explore its clinical significance.Methods 145 newly diagnosed patients with acute leukemia in The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected as experimental group,and 69 newly diagnosed non-leukemia patients in the same period as control group.WT 1 gene expression in bone marrow samples of patients was detected by RT-PCR.Results WT1 gene expression quality were significantly different between the experimental and the control groups(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in sex,age and WT 1 gene expression quality(P>0.05);There were significant differences in low-risk,intermediate-risk and high-risk groups(P<0.05).Conclusions WT 1 gene is highly expressed in newly diagnosed patients with acute leukemia and can be used as evaluation indicator of clinical treatment and prognosis.
