基于知识视角的研发项目相似性测度及对项目集聚类的影响研究

Product Development Project Similarity Measure Based on Knowledge and Its Impact on Program Clustering

为了企业高效地管理多个新产品研发(NPD)项目,提出基于知识的多项目管理方法,该方法集成知识的可复用性及其相似性测度项目间的相似性,并结合依赖结构矩阵(DSM)方法,以更全面地分析知识对项目相似度及项目集聚类的影响。研究表明:迭代不仅对项目相似性产生影响,还能提升活动因学习而产生的知识增量;依据知识关系测度项目相似性,进而将相似度高的项目聚在一个项目集中,便于项目集内的项目进行知识转移与共享,使企业的知识资源得到有效、合理的利用。

To solve the problem that many enterprises face in managing multiple new product development(NPD)projects simultaneously and effectively,this study proposes a multi-project management method.It measures project similarity by integrating the reusability and similarity of knowledge and combines the dependency structure matrix(DSM)method to analyze the impact of knowledge on project similarity and program clustering more comprehensively.The results show that iteration not only affects project similarity,but also improves the knowledge increment generated by learning.In addition,measuring project similarity according to the knowledge relationship and gathering the projects with high similarity into one program is convenient for the knowledge transfer and sharing of projects within the program,which helps the effective and reasonable use of the enterprise’s knowledge resources,so that the knowledge resources of the enterprise can be effectively and reasonably used.
