After the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression ended with the Chinese victory,China set up 10 military courts in different places and brought Japanese war criminals to trial.The information on the trial of Japanese gener-al-level war criminals in those courts is a part of the basic data for the study of that War,but so far there is no complete precise conclusion about it yet.The latest book Grand Trials:A Record of Chinese Nationalist Government Bringing Japa-nese War Criminals to Trial disclosed"a name list of 41 convicted Japanese general-level war criminals".This paper gives a detailed analysis of that name list and corrects some errors of it before presenting a new name list of 39 Japanese general-level war criminals brought to trial.The personal information and experiences of those war criminals are listed in detail,and a brief statistical analysis is made.
