“前-侧-后”三线放松法对初产妇不良情绪及分娩结局的影响

The influence of the "front side back"three line relaxation method on the negative emotions and delivery outcomesofprimiparous women

目的探讨“前-侧-后”三线放松法对初产妇不良情绪及分娩结局的影响。方法选取本院90例初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规干预,研究组采用“前-侧-后”三线放松法干预,比较两组的分恐惧、焦虑程度、产程用时及分娩结局。结果干预后、分娩前,研究组Wijma分娩预期量表、妊娠相关焦虑量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组第一产程、第二产程及第三产程用时均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组早产、胎膜早破及新生儿窒息发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“前-侧-后”三线放松法应用于初产妇中,可缓解其分娩恐惧及焦虑情绪,改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the impact of the "front side back"three-line relaxation method on the negative emotions and delivery outcomes of primiparous women,Methods 90 primiparous women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received a three line relaxation method of"anterior lateral posterior".The fear of childbirth,anxiety level,duration oflabor,and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention and before delivery,the Wijma delivery expectancy scale and pregnancy related anxiety scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The duration of the first,second,and third stages of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The cesarean section rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of premature birth,premature rupture of membranes,and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of the "front side back"three line relaxation method in primiparous women can alleviate their fear and anxiety during childbirth,and improve delivery outcomes.
