经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的效果和检出率

The effectiveness and detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing endometrial polyps

目的探讨经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的效果和检出率。方法选取本院671例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,根据检查方式的不同分为腹部组335例(接受经腹部超声检查)、阴道组336例(接受经阴道超声检查),以病理学诊断结果为判断标准,比较两组的子宫内膜息肉检出率、超声图像分辨情况及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)血流信号分级。结果阴道组结果检出率为98.51%,高于腹部组的76.12%(P<0.05);阴道组图像分辨优良率为98.21%,高于腹部组的88.96%(P<0.05);阴道组CDFI血流信号分级检出结果优于腹部组(P<0.05)。结论采用经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉,不仅可以提升结果检出率,还可以获得良好的超声图像信息和CDFI血流信号分级结果,能有效辨别病变程度,为临床治疗工作开展提供可靠依据。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing endometrial polyps.Methods 671 suspected patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the different examination methods,they were divided into the abdominal group(335 cases received transabdominal ultrasound examination)and the vaginal group(336 cases received transvaginal ultrasound examination).The pathological diagnosis results were used as the judgment criteria to compare the detection rate of endometrial polyps,ultrasound image resolution,and CDFI blood flow signal grading between the two groups.Results The detection rate of the vaginal group was 98.51%,which was higher than 76.12%in the abdominal group(P<0.05);The excellent resolution rate of images in the vaginal group was 98.21%,which was higher than 88.96%in the abdominal group(P<0.05);The detection results of CDFI blood flow signal grading in the vaginal group were better than those in the abdominal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using transvaginal ultrasound to diagnose endometrial polyps can not only improve the detection rate of results,but also obtain good ultrasound image information and CDFI blood flow signal grading results,effectively distinguish the degree of lesions,and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.
