血浆D-二聚体及凝血指标在妊娠期糖尿病中的临床检验价值

Clinical value of plasma D-dimer and coagulation indexes in gestational diabetes

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体及凝血指标在妊娠期糖尿病中的临床检验价值。方法选取96例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与同期30例正常健康体检者为研究对象,均接受血浆D-二聚体和凝血指标检测,比较两组的D-二聚体和凝血相关指标。结果疾病组纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平高于对照组,凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间以及凝血时间短于对照组(P<0.05);孕中晚期纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平高于孕早期,凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间以及凝血时间长于孕早期组(P<0.05);分娩后纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平低于分娩前,凝血酶原时间短于分娩前,部分凝血活酶时间及凝血时间长于分前(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体和凝血指标可用于妊娠期糖尿病的疾病诊断,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of plasma D-dimer and coagulation index in diabetes during pregnancy.Methods 96 pregnant women with gestational diabetes and 30 normal healthy people in the same period were selected as the study objects,and plasma D-dimer and coagulation indexes were detected.The D-dimer and coagulation related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the disease group were higher than those in the control group,and the prothrombin time,partial thromboplastin time,and coagulation time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer in mid to late pregnancy were higher than those in early pregnancy,and the prothrombin time,partial thromboplastin time,and coagulation time were longer than those in early pregnancy(P<0.05);After delivery,the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were lower than before delivery,the prothrombin time was shorter than before delivery,and some thromboplastin time and coagulation time were longer than before delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma D-dimer and coagulation index can be used for the diagnosis of gestational diabetes,which is worth popularizing.
