宫腔镜检查对异常子宫出血诊断的临床意义研究

Clinical significance of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探讨宫腔镜检查对诊断异常子宫出血(AUB)的临床意义。方法选取本院收治的120例AUB患者为研究对象,均进行经阴道超声检查、宫腔镜检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析宫腔镜检查对AUB的诊断价值。结果宫腔镜检查诊断AUB的诊断准确率为98.33%,高于经阴道超声检查的92.50%(P<0.05),且宫腔镜检查对AUB的诊断准确率、病因判断正确率及病灶形态显示符合率与病理检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜检查诊断AUB准确率较高,且能为病因的精确判断提供有效参考,同时可清晰显示病灶形态,应用价值确切。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of hysteroscopy in diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods 120 AUB patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy for AUB,Results The diagnostic accuracy of hysteroscopy in diagnosing AUB was 98.33%,which was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound examination(92.50%,P<0.05).Moreover,there was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy,etiological judgment accuracy,and lesion morphology display accuracy between hysteroscopy and pathological examination results(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy has a high accuracy in diagnosing AUB,and can provide effective reference for precise diagnosis of the cause.At the same time,it can clearly display the morphology of the lesion and has definite application value.
