耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷对气滞血瘀型冠心病患者负面情绪的价值探讨

The value of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in treating negative emotions in patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷对气滞血瘀型冠心病患者负面情绪的价值。方法60例气滞血瘀型冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗上采取耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、中医证候积分分级以及负面情绪。结果试验组患者临床总有效率96.67%高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中医证候积分分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分分别为(13.5±1.2)、(11.5±1.1)分,低于对照组患者的(33.1±1.5)、(25.2±2.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷对气滞血瘀型冠心病患者的效果显著,能够有效改善负面情绪,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in treating negative emotions in patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received ear acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score grading,and negative emotions were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 53.33%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score grading in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the experimental group were(13.5±1.2)and(11.5±1.1)points,which were lower than(33.1±1.5)and(25.2±2.7)points in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ear acupoint pressing beans and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy has a significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and is worth promoting.
