奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of omeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with peptic ulcer

目的分析消化性溃疡患者应用奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理的效果。方法64例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组应用奥美拉唑,观察组应用奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理。对比两组生化指标[转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、胃泌素]水平、自身管理状况。结果观察组TGF-α(5.88±0.95)pg/ml、EGF(0.88±0.20)μg/L高于对照组的(4.29±0.77)pg/ml、(0.66±0.19)μg/L,胃泌素(25.11±2.15)pg/ml低于对照组的(27.44±3.09)pg/ml(P<0.05)。观察组疾病知识评分(17.56±2.15)分、日常生活评分(14.86±2.10)分、自我效能感评分(16.22±2.45)分、情绪管控评分(16.23±2.33)分均高于对照组的(11.44±1.55)、(10.55±1.88)、(11.66±2.10)、(11.55±2.08)分(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡患者应用奥美拉唑联合综合康复护理,可改善患者病情,提高自身管理水平,值得临床采纳。

Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 64 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The levels of biochemical indicators[transforming growth faction-α(TGF-α),epidermal growth factor(EGF),gastrin]and self-management of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had TGF-αof(5.88±0.95)pg/ml and EGF of(0.88±0.20)μg/L,which were higher than(4.29±0.77)pg/ml and(0.66±0.19)μg/L in the control group;the observation group had lower gastrin of(25.11±2.15)pg/ml than(27.44±3.09)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the disease knowledge score was(17.56±2.15)points,the daily life score was(14.86±2.10)points,the self-efficacy score was(16.22±2.45)points,the emotional control score was(16.23±2.33)points,which were higher than(11.44±1.55),(10.55±1.88),(11.66±2.10),(11.55±2.08)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the condition of patients with peptic ulcer and improve the management level,which can be adopted.
