“后家时代”的寻家之道:一条符号学路径

Finding the Way Home in the Post-Home Era:A Semiotic Approach

本文尝试通过中国人“符号自觉”的方式探索性地走出一条“后家时代”(post-home era)的寻家之道,以考察“家”这一持续变动概念中相对固定的组分。关于“家”的讨论已延展至细微的学术脉络与宽泛历史纵深,但缺乏整体性把握和一般性讨论,较少关注更基础、本质的意义维度。从西方哲学与儒家的对话出发,本文论述了“此在在世”向“此在在家”的收紧,和“由家及国”扩展的双向意义路径,主张家作为主体意识存在、意义存在、文化存在的方式,是人的符号域,具有元语言性特征。作为生命叙述的符号系统,家是个体“意义冒险”的起点与终点,承载个体意识塑造、意义更新、文化持续的符号功能。

This paper explores the continuously transforming concept of“home"in the"post-home era"through the Chinese people's"semiotic self-consciousness”to examine the relatively static components of this concept.The discussion of"home"has a subtle academic lineage,a broad scope,and historical depth,but it lacks generality and a holistic dimension and is relatively unconcerned with more fundamental and essential dimension of meaning.Starting from the dialogue between Western philosophy and Confucianism,this paper discusses the two-way path of meaning that tightens from"being-in-the-world"to"being-in-the-home"and expands from home to nation.It argues that home as a way of conscious existence,meaning existence,and cultural existence of the subject is a metalinguistic semiosphere of human beings.As a semiotic system of life narrative,home is the starting point and end point of an individual's"meaning adventure",carrying the semiotic functions of individual consciousness-shaping,meaning regeneration,and the perpetuation of culture.
