摘要
在高质量发展的战略背景下,公立医院运营管理应从数据驱动的视角出发,基于业财融合的思路,建立360°运营分析体系,实行“一科一策”个性化指导,推行“MDT”项目工作模式,“全面诊断+重点深挖”和“数据赋能+自主管理”相结合,实现精细化运营管理。
Under the strategic background of high-quality development,the operation management of public hospitals should start from data-driven approaches.Based on the integration of business and finance,public hospitals should establish a 360°operation analysis system,implement"one policy for one department"personalized guidance,promote the"MDT"project work mode,combine"comprehensive diagnosis+key digging"and"data empowerment+independent management",in order to achieve refined operation management.
