论教育家精神的价值意蕴和推进举措

On the Value Connotation and Promotion Measures of the Educator Spirit

摘要 习近平总书记于2023年教师节前夕提出了教育家精神,其完整刻画了新时代教师的精神肖像,体现了国家教育政策新趋向与教育具体实践新境况。理想信念与道德情操描绘教师的价值底色,育人智慧与躬耕态度彰显教师的专业魅力,仁爱之心与躬道追求体现教师的社会担当,能够针对性地破解现代教育中的三大困境:师德师风重建、教育强国建设和乡村与特殊教育发展。新时代教师需要在完整把握教育家精神涵义的基础上,认识育人环境的新变化,找寻超越经济人的新追求,丰富职业角色与发展路径,自觉将精神动力转化为教育实践,才能真正发挥教育家精神的巨大效能,推动教师队伍建设。 General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the educator spirit on the eve of Teachers’Day in 2023,which fully portrays the spiritual portrait of teachers in the new era and reflects the new trends in national education policies and the new conditions of education practices.Ideal beliefs and moral sentiments depict the underlying value of teachers,while the wisdom of nurturing individuals and the attitude of diligent cultivation highlight the professional charm of teachers;the heart of benevolence and the pursuit of self-improvement embody the social responsibility of teachers.This is capable of effectively addressing three major challenges in modern education:the reconstruction of teachers’ethics and professional conduct,the building of a strong education nation,and the development of rural and special education.In the new era,teachers need to fully grasp the spiritual essence of educators,understand the new changes in the nurturing environment,seek new pursuits beyond economic considerations,enrich professional roles and development paths,consciously transform spiritual motivation into educational practices,so as to truly unleash the tremendous efficacy of the educator’s spirit and promote the construction of the teacher workforce.
