精准分层缝合配合医用生物凝胶对急诊面部外伤患儿疤痕情况及满意度的影响

Effect of precise layered suture combined with medical biological gel on scar condition and satisfaction of children with facial trauma in emergency department

目的探究急诊面部外伤患儿采用精准分层缝合联合医用生物凝胶治疗的临床疗效。方法选取长沙市第四医院接收的80例急诊面部外伤患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分组(对照组:采用精准分层缝合术,观察组:采用精准分层缝合术+医用生物凝胶),每组40例,对比各组瘢痕美容评估与评级量表(SCAR)评分、伤口愈合情况、并发症发生率、面部美观满意度。结果两组治疗后3个月、6个月SCAR评分对比,观察组更低,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与观察组治疗后愈合优良患者分别为28例、37例,优良率分别为70.00%、92.50%,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后并发症发生率对比,观察组更低,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后满意度评分更高,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部外伤因发病急,在急诊治疗时采用精准分层缝合联合医用生物凝胶治疗,可显著减少瘢痕形成,患者满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of precise layered suture combined with medical biological gel in the treatment of emergency children with facial trauma.Methods 80 cases of emergency children with facial trauma received by our hospital were selected as the research object,and were divided into 40 cases in each group according to the random number table(control group:precision layered suture,observation group:precision layered suture+medical biological gel).The scar beauty assessment and rating scale(SCAR),wound healing,complication rate,and facial beauty satisfaction of each group were compared.Result After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the SCAR scores of the observation group were lower compared between the two groups,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were 28 and 37 excellent patients in the control group and observation group after treatment,with excellent and good rates of 70.00%and 92.50%,respectively,the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications after two treatments was lower in the observation group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher satisfaction score after treatment, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Because of the acute onset of facial trauma, precise layered suture combined with medical biological gel can significantlyreduce scar formation in emergency treatment, with high patient satisfaction, which can be popularized.
