先天性拇指多指畸形手术治疗的疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of surgical treatment for congenital polydactyly of the thumb

目的分析手术治疗先天性拇指多指畸形的效果。方法随机选取广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院2021年1月-2023年10月收治的80例先天性拇指多指畸形患者为观察对象,根据Wassel分型情况,对患者展开个性化手术治疗,观察并分析患者手术治疗成效。结果80例先天性拇指多指畸形患者在经过个性化手术治疗后,评估为优65例,评估为良14例,评估为差1例;经过个性化手术治疗后共出现20例并发症患者,其中13例接受理疗、7例接受二次手术全部恢复正常;经过个性化手术治疗后,全部患者手术切口愈合较好,极少出现感染、切口血肿等不良反应。结论通过手术治疗先天性拇指多指畸形疾病疗效良好,可有效帮助患者轴线恢复正常,更好地稳定拇指关节,并重建拇指功能,治疗效果明显,因此应综合患者实际病情采取针对性手术治疗,患者需要尽早接受检查与确诊,及时把握最佳手术时机。

Objective Analyze the clinical treatment effects of surgical treatment for congenital polydactyly of the thumb.Method Randomly select 80 patients with congenital polydactyly of the thumb admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023,and carry out personalized surgical treatment based on Wassel classification.Observe and analyze the effectiveness of surgical treatment for patients.Result After personalized surgical treatment,the 80 patients with congenital polydactyly of the thumb admitted to our hospital were evaluated as excellent in 65 cases,good in 14 cases,and poor in 1 case;after personalized surgical treatment,a total of 20 patients developed complications,of which 13 received physical therapy and 7 underwent secondary surgery,all of which returned to normal;after personalized surgical treatment,all patients had good surgical incision healing,with very few adverse reactions such as infection and incision hematoma.Conclusion Through surgical treatment of congenital thumb polydactyly,the therapeutic effect is good,effectively helping the patient's axis to return to normal,better stabilize the thumb joint,and rebuild thumb function.The treatment effect is obvious.Therefore,targeted surgical treatment should be adopted based on the patient's actual condition.Patients need to undergo examination and diagnosis as soon as possible,and timely grasp the best surgical opportunity.
