摘要
目的分析普外科术后患者口渴情况、导致口渴的相关因素及独立危险因素,以便为后期临床治疗和护理干预提供参考。方法回顾性分析济宁市兖州区人民医院2022年10月-2023年10月收治的100例普外科手术患者临床资料,分析患者术后口渴情况、归纳发生口渴的相关因素及独立危险因素。结果①100例患者术后有82例存在不同程度口渴表现,口渴发生率为82.00%。平均口渴程度评分为(6.23±1.23)分;②年龄≥60岁和开腹手术是导致术后口渴的主要因素;③此次研究观察指标均不是普外科术后患者口渴情况的独立危险因素。结论普外科术后患者口渴程度较高,其中年龄≥60岁和开腹手术是导致患者术后口渴的主要因素,临床治疗和护理时可结合患者实际情况进行针对性干预,进而提高患者舒适度,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective Analyze the thirst situation of postoperative patients in general surgery,the relevant factors leading to thirst,and independent risk factors,provide reference for later clinical treatment and nursing interventions.Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 100 general surgery patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,analyze the patient's postoperative thirst situation,summarize the relevant factors and independent risk factors for thirst occurrence.Result①Among the 100 patients,82 showed varying degrees of thirst after surgery,with a thirst incidence rate of 82.00%.The average thirst score is(6.23±1.23)points;②Age≥60 years old and open surgery are the main factors leading to postoperative thirst;③The observed indicators in this study are not independent risk factors for postoperative thirst in patients undergoing general surgery.Conclusion Postoperative general surgery patients have a higher degree of thirst,with age≥60 years old and open surgery being the main factors leading to postoperative thirst in patients,during clinical treatment and nursing,targeted interventions can be carried out based on the actual situation of the patient,thereby improving patient comfort and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
