盐酸曲唑酮片结合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗卒中后抑郁病人的效果分析

Efficacy of trazodone hydrochloride tablets combined with flupentixol melitracen tablets in the treatment of post-stroke depression patients

目的研究脑卒中后出现抑郁症状的患者采用盐酸曲唑酮片结合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片方案进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择2022年6月-2023年5月在商南县医院接受治疗的脑卒中后出现抑郁症状的患者105例,采取随机分组的方式将其分成两组。对照组中50例患者采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片进行治疗;治疗组中55例患者采用盐酸曲唑酮片结合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片进行治疗。对比两组病情控制效果、治疗前后心理状态、睡眠质量、神经功能、生活质量评分、总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、相关生化指标、药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者病情控制总有效率高于对照组,组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后心理状态、睡眠质量、神经功能、生活质量评分、总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、相关生化指标水平的改善幅度优于对照组,组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组药物不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但组间数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中后出现抑郁症状的患者采用盐酸曲唑酮片结合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片方案进行治疗,可以帮助患者改善神经功能和心理状态,使睡眠质量、治疗效果和生活质量得到显著提升,且药物不良反应不会明显增多。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trazodone hydrochloride tablets combined with flupidol melitracen tablets in the treatment of patients with depressive symptoms after stroke.Methods 105 patients with depression symptoms after stroke treated in our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,50 patients were treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets;in the treatment group,55 patients were treated with trazodone hydrochloride tablets combined with flupentixol melitracen tablets.The effect of disease control,psychological state before and after treatment,sleep quality,neurological function,quality of life score,total sleep time,sleep latency,related biochemical indexes and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of psychological state,sleep quality,neurological function,quality of life score,total sleep time,sleep latency and related biochemical indexes in the treatment group before and after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of trazodone hydrochloride tablets with fluperthixol melitracen tablets in the treatment of patients with depressive symptoms after stroke can help improve the neurological function and psychological state,improve the quality of sleep,and significantly improve the treatment effect and quality of life,with no significant increase in adverse drug reactions.
