老年支气管哮喘伴睡眠障碍患者应用孟鲁司特钠片辅助甲泼尼龙治疗效果观察

Efficacy of Montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of methylprednisolone in elderly patients with bronchial asthma and sleep disorders

目的观察老年支气管哮喘伴睡眠障碍患者应用孟鲁司特钠片辅助甲泼尼龙治疗的效果。方法以新疆军区乌鲁木齐第五离职干部休养所门诊部于2021年1月-2023年1月收治的老年支气管哮喘伴睡眠障碍患者80例为研究观察对象,将患者依据随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(孟鲁司特钠片治疗)、实验组(孟鲁司特钠片+甲泼尼龙治疗),观察两组患者临床疗效、肺功能、睡眠质量、炎症情况、不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗后治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠持续时间、睡眠影响因素、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍、催眠药物使用情况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最高呼气流速(PEF)、一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组,实验组干扰素(INF-γ)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗老年支气管哮喘伴睡眠障碍患者采用孟鲁司特钠片辅助甲泼尼龙治疗的总有效率高,明显改善患者睡眠情况、肺功能情况、炎症情况,治疗安全性较好,可推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of methylprednisolone in elderly patients with bronchial asthma and sleep disorders.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,80 elderly patients with bronchial asthma and sleep disorders were studied in our institute.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method:control group(Montelukast sodium tablets)and experimental group(Montelukast sodium tablets+methylprednone).The clinical efficacy,lung function,sleep quality,inflammation and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)on sleep time,sleep quality,sleep duration,sleep impact,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and hypnotic drug use in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the one-second vital capacity(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)and carbon monoxide dispersion(DLCO)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and interferon(INF-γ)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma accompanied by sleep disorders,Montelukast sodium tablets combined with methylprednone has a high effective rate,which can significantly improve patients'sleep,lung function and inflammation,and the treatment is safe and can be widely used.
