微课教学结合CBS教学法在急救护理教学中的运用

摘要 目的探讨微课教学结合CBS教学法在急救护理教学中的效果。方法选取2022年9月-2023年1月在校接受急救护理教学的108名学生,按班级分为对照组和实验组,每组54名。对照组采用传统讲授法进行急救护理教学,实验组在对照组基础上使用微课教学结合CBS教学法进行急救护理教学。比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩、情境模拟成绩、自我效能感和满意度。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩、情境模拟成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的自我效能感和满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课教学结合CBS教学法在急救护理教学中可以提高学生的知识水平、技能水平、应急能力、自信心和满意度,是一种有效的教学模式。 Objective To explore the effect of micro-lesson teaching combined with CBS teaching method in emergency nursing teaching.Methods A total of 108 nursing students who received emergency nursing instruction in a school from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to class,with 54 nurses in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method to teach first aid nursing,and the experimental group used micro-course teaching combined with CBS teaching method to teach first aid nursing on the basis of the control group.The theoretical test scores,skill operation scores,scenario simulation scores,self-efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group had higher theoretical test scores,skill operation scores,and scenario simulation scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group also had higher self-efficacy and satisfaction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-lesson teaching combined with CBS teaching method in emergency nursing teaching can improve students'knowledge level,skill level,emergency ability,confidence and satisfaction,and is an effective teaching mode.
