医护合作清单式教学管理模式在乡村医生临床实践中的应用

The application of the checklist-based teaching management model of healthcare co-operation in the clinical practice of rural doctors

摘要 目的探究医护合作清单式教学管理模式在乡村医生临床实践中的应用效果。方法选择首都医科大学延庆教学医院2019级和2020级首都医科大学三年制临床医学专业(山区定向)医学生47名为研究对象,2019级29名学生为对照组(采用常规带教模式),2020级18名学生为观察组(采用医护合作清单式教学管理模式),对比两组理论知识评分、专业技能评分、诊疗能力、教学模式满意度。结果观察组理论知识、专业技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教前,两组诊疗能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,两组问诊成绩、查体成绩、护理操作、病史收集、治疗方案、人文关怀、医患沟通、胜任能力评分均升高,对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组课程形式、学习兴趣、培养学习能力、参与积极性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医学专业(山区定向)医学生接受医护合作清单式教学管理模式,可提高乡村医生诊疗能力,提高带教效果、教学满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect of medical and nursing cooperation list-based teaching management mode in the clinical practice of rural doctors.Methods Choose our hospital 2019 and 2020 grade capital medical university three-year clinical medicine major(mountain orientation)medical students 47 as the research object,2019 grade 29 students for the control group(adopting conventional teaching mode),2020 grade 18 students for the observation group(adopting medical and nursing cooperation list type teaching management mode),compare the two groups of theoretical knowledge,professional skills scores,diagnostic and treatment ability,teaching mode satisfaction.Results The theoretical knowledge and professional skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of diagnostic and treatment ability of the two groups(P>0.05);after teaching,the scores of questioning performance,physical examination performance,nursing operation,history collection,treatment plan,humanistic care,doctor-patient communication,and competence of the two groups were elevated,and the control group was lower than that of the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of course form,learning interest,developing learning ability,and participation enthusiasm of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical medical specialty(mountain orientation)medical students accepting the list-type teaching and management mode of medical and nursing cooperation can improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of rural doctors,and improve the effect of teaching,and the satisfaction of teaching.
