基于目标策略的针对性护理在脑外伤患者围手术期的应用价值及并发症发生率影响分析

The application value of targeted nursing based on target strategy in perioperative period of patients with traumatic brain injury and its influence on complication rate

目的探讨对脑外伤患者的围手术期采取基于目标策略的针对性护理的效果。方法将同济医院74例脑外伤患者进行随机分配实验,其中对照组进行常规围手术期护理,实验组进行基于目标策略的针对性护理干预。观察两组的临床数据。结果实验组的ADL评分、GCS评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,且NIHSS评分及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论在脑外伤围手术期应用基于目标策略的针对性护理的效果显著,可有效降低并发症发生率。

Objective Investigate the effect of goal-based targeted nursing for patients with traumatic brain injury during perioperative period.Methods 74 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly assigned.The control group received routine perioperative nursing and the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention based on objective strategy.The clinical data of the two groups were observed.Results The ADL score,GCS score and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score and postoperative complication rate were lower than those of the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion In perioperative period of traumatic brain injury,targeted nursing based on objective strategy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
