PBL结合微视频健康教育方案在慢性伤口患儿家属中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于以问题为导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合微视频健康教育方案在慢性伤口患儿家属中的应用价值。方法选取2022年3月-2022年10月江南大学附属无锡市儿童医院伤口造口护理门诊的56例慢性伤口患儿及家属作为研究对象,以患儿就诊时间先后顺序分成对照组和试验组,对照组28例,试验组28例。对照组采取常规健康教育模式,试验组采取PBL结合微视频健康教育模式。对比两组患儿家属对慢性伤口健康知识总知晓度、伤口愈合时间、护理工作满意度。结果试验组患儿家属对慢性伤口相关知识得分较对照组更高,伤口愈合时间更短、护理工作满意度更高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以PBL结合微视频健康教育方案能满足不同角色、年龄和文化程度的家属的健康教育需求,减轻患儿家属焦虑,促进伤口愈合以及护理满意度,同时也为慢性伤口患儿居家照护提供参考,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with micro-video health education program in the families of children with chronic wounds.Methods From March 2022 to October 2022,56 families of children with chronic wounds in the wound ostomy nursing clinic of Wuxi Children hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of treatment time,with 28 cases in the control group and 28 cases in the experimental group.The control group took conventional health education mode,and the experimental group took PBL combined with micro-video health education mode.The total awareness of chronic wound health knowledge,wound healing time and nursing satisfaction of the families of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of the families of children in the experimental group were higher on knowledge related to chronic wounds,the wound healing time was shorter,and the satisfaction of nursing work was higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and micro-video health education program can meet the health education needs of parents of different roles,ages and education levels,reduce the anxiety of families of children with chronic wounds,promote wound healing and nursing satisfaction,and also provide a reference for home care of children with chronic wounds,which is worth promoting.
