中医适宜技术小儿推拿在儿童保健中的临床应用

The clinical application of pediatric massage in children's health care

目的分析儿童保健中应用中医适宜技术小儿推拿的临床应用价值。方法选择2022年3月-2024年3月期间到西安庆华医院中医儿科进行诊疗的100名儿童作为研究对象,使用电脑将此100名研究对象随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组使用常规保健法,观察组在对照组基础上应用中医适宜技术小儿推拿,对比分析两组儿童的保健护理满意度、保健效果、体格发育状况和疾病发生率。结果保健后,观察组儿童的保健护理满意度为74.00%,高于对照组儿童的保健护理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的保健效果总分为(89.21±5.30)分,高于对照组患者的保健效果总分(73.23±4.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童的头围、体重、身高指标均优于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童的各项疾病发生率均低于对照组儿童的疾病发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医适宜技术小儿推拿不仅能够提高保健护理满意度并降低儿童的疾病发生率,还能促进儿童体格发育,保健效果好,具有显著的临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of pediatric massage in children's health care.Methods A total of 100 children who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xi'an Qinghua Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The 100 subjects were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)by computer.The control group was treated with conventional health care method,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction of health care,health care effect,physical development and disease incidence of children in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After health care,the satisfaction of health care in observation group was 74.00%higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of health care effect in observation group(89.21±5.30)was higher than that in control group(73.23±4.98),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The head circumference,weight and height indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of all diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children's massage can not only improve the satisfaction of health care and reduce the incidence of children's diseases,but also promote children's physical development,good health care effect,and has significant clinical promotion value.
