穴位埋线联合益气化瘀汤加减治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with Modified Yiqi Huayu Decoction in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的探讨穴位埋线联合益气化瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的效果。方法110例EMT患者随机分为两组,对照组采用穴位埋线治疗,观察组采用穴位埋线联合益气化瘀汤加减治疗,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的各项中医症候积分均低于对照组,FSH、PI、RI均低于对照组,E2高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合益气化瘀汤加减治疗EMT的效果理想,可缓解患者的症状,改善局部血流动力学及激素分泌。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with modified Yiqi Huayu decoction in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT).Methods 110 patients with EMT were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding,and the observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with modified Yiqi Huayu decoction.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the symptom scores of traditional chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,FSH,PI and RI were lower than those in the control group,and E,was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint catgut embedding combined with modified Yiqi Huayu decoction in the treatment of EMT has ideal effect,which can alleviate the symptoms of patients,and improve local hemodynamics and hormone secretion.
