血清肿瘤标志物与ALP联合检测在胰腺癌早期诊断中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Combined Detection of Serum Tumor Markers and ALP in Early Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer

目的分析血清肿瘤标志物与ALP联合检测早期诊断胰腺癌的应用价值。方法选取72例胰腺癌患者纳入观察组,72名健康人员纳入对照组,比较两组的CEA、CA199、ALP水平,比较不同分期胰腺癌患者的CEA、CA199、ALP水平,分析CEA、CA199、ALP诊断胰腺癌的效能。结果观察组的CEA、CA199、ALP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅱ期胰腺癌患者的CEA、CA199、ALP水平依次降低(P<0.05)。CEA、CA199、ALP联合检测诊断胰腺癌的灵敏度、特异性、准确率均高于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌患者的CEA、CA199、ALP水平明显升高,联合检测诊断胰腺癌的效能较高。

Objective To analyze the application value of combined detection of serum tumor markers and ALP in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods 72 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected as the observation group,and 72 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of CEA,CA199,and ALP in the two groups were compared,and the levels of CEA,CA199,and ALP in patients with pancreatic cancer at different stages were compared.The efficacy of CEA,CA199,and ALP in diagnosing pancreatic cancer was analyzed.Results The levels of CEA,CA199,and ALP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA199 and ALP in patients with stage IV,II and II pancreatic cancer decreased in turn(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of CEA,CA199 and ALP in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were higher than those of single detection of each index(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of CEA,CA199 and ALP in patients with pancreatic cancer increase significantly,and the combined detection has high efficacy in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
