时效性激励护理对颈椎病患者康复训练依从性及颈椎功能的影响

Impact of Timeliness Incentive Nursing on Rehabilitation Training Compliance and Cervical Spine Function of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的分析时效性激励护理在颈椎病患者康复期的应用价值。方法80例颈椎病患者随机分为两组,对照组予以基础临床护理配合康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上予以时效性激励护理,比较两组的康复训练依从性、颈椎功能、护理满意度。结果观察组的总依从率显著高于对照组,护理后1、2、4周的NDI评分均显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励护理能够显著提升颈椎病患者的康复训练依从性,改善患者的颈椎功能,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of timeliness incentive nursing in the rehabilitation period of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given basic clinical nursing combined with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given timeliness incentive nursing on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation training compliance,cervical function and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the NDI scores at 1,2 and 4 weeks after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Timeliness incentive nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation training compliance of patients with cervical spondylosis,improve the cervical function of patients,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
